As a busy makeup artist, Lou constantly found herself frustrated with the limited and impractical options for individual lashes on the market. Everything felt wasteful and inefficient. With a vision for a more practical, bulk refillable lash book, Lou decided to create it herself when she couldn't find it anywhere.
