What is your shipping policy?

Australia Wide Shipping:

We're thrilled to offer shipping across Australia with Australia Post eParcel. Enjoy complimentary STANDARD postage for orders exceeding $80 and complimentary EXPRESS postage for order exceeding $100within Australia. For orders below $80, we offer Standard Shipping at $9 and Express Shipping at $12.50.

Orders placed Monday through Friday EST will promptly commence processing, with products dispatched on the same or next day, depending on order volumes. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on Fridays, or on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the following Monday. Similarly, purchases made on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

International Shipping:

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all US & UK orders (6-27 business days)

For New Zealand customers - Standard international shipping is $25 (6-27 business days) or FREE for orders over $200.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges may be due at the time of delivery or afterward.

Lou Lou Beauty is not responsible for any customs, duties, or tax fees, and we are unable to reimburse or refund any charges incurred.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a follow-up email confirming shipment, which will also include your tracking details.
